3 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Mixed Herbs

8-10 Curry leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता )
2 chopped green Chillis (हरी मिर्च )
¼ cup Pea nuts (मूंगफली )
1 tsp Sesame seeds (तिल )
2 chopped Onions (प्याज )
1 chopped Tomato (टमाटर )
½ tsp Turmeric,1 tsp Coriander powder (हल्दी और धनिया पाउडर )
1 tsp red Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च )
2 tbsp Curds, Salt to taste (दही और नमक )
